Submitting the form creates a non-binding inquiry. A binding order arises only on written acceptance of a proforma invoice and receipt of any agreed advance payment.

3. Restricted Substances

By submitting, you attest that the requested chemical is not for weapons, controlled-narcotics manufacture, or any use restricted under US BIS/EAR, OFAC, or India DGFT SCOMET regulations. Suncity reserves the right to refuse any inquiry or order at its sole discretion.

4. Pricing, Lead Time, and Documentation

Pricing and lead times in the quote are indicative and subject to change based on manufacturer availability, freight market conditions, and exchange rates at the time of order confirmation. Certificates of Analysis and Material Safety Data Sheets are provided with every shipment.

5. Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting at form submission, you agree Suncity may contact you by phone, SMS, and WhatsApp about your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by emailing sales@suncityendeavours.com.
